Description
The Industrial ESP32-WROOM-32E Based Control Board is a professional-grade embedded control solution developed for industrial automation, agricultural control systems, HVAC, energy management, and IoT-based monitoring applications. Powered by the dual-core ESP32-WROOM-32E microcontroller, the board delivers high processing performance, extensive communication capabilities, and stable long-term operation in demanding environments.
The board supports a wide power input range of 5–24V DC and 5–18V AC, making it highly suitable for field deployments. An onboard DC-DC regulator, reverse polarity protection, and over-voltage protection ensure safe and reliable operation. Industrial screw-type terminal blocks and DIN-rail compatible mounting provide secure installation inside control panels.
For communication, the board offers a comprehensive set of interfaces including Ethernet (RJ45), RS485 (Modbus RTU), CAN Bus, I²C, UART, integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a dedicated LoRa module port for long-range wireless connectivity. This combination enables seamless integration into both wired and wireless industrial networks.
The control board features 5 ULN2003-driven digital outputs and multi-purpose analog/digital GPIOs, allowing easy integration with relays, valves, pumps, motor drivers, and various sensors. It supports PLC-like control logic, SCADA system integration, and remote monitoring and control scenarios.
Software development is flexible and developer-friendly, with full support for Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, and ESP-IDF. The board is programmable via UART using common USB-to-UART adapters (FTDI, CH340, CP2102) and is delivered ready for immediate development.
